Job Overview:

We are seeking talented Automation & Mechatronics Engineers to join a global leader in precision electronics and industrial automation. Candidates will work on cutting-edge smart factory projects, including mechanical design, automation equipment development, control systems, and vision applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and optimize large-scale automation equipment and mechanical structures.
  • Create and modify 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings; optimize existing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic, or vision system issues; iterate through prototyping and testing.
  • Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and automation software; integrate sensors, CCD cameras, and control logic.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, and on-site debugging of automation equipment.
  • Optimize equipment performance and production processes; conduct preventive maintenance.
  • Write equipment specifications, manuals, and training materials; provide personnel training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing & Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of mechanical design, automation, PLC/HMI programming, and/or vision system integration.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software.
  • Familiarity with standard industrial automation components and electrical control systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, or equipment optimization is preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work in Mandarin and English.
