Job Title: Nurse Lead

Location: Morrow Flagship – Singapore

Reports To: Head of Clinical Operations

Role Summary

Leading & Clinical Oversight

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the nursing team to ensure excellence in clinical service delivery, professionalism, and adherence to Lifestyle Medicine principles.
• Develop and implement nursing protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality improvement initiatives in alignment with MOH and SNB guidelines.
• Coordinate nursing schedules, ensure adequate staffing coverage, and oversee onboarding and training of new nurses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, health coaches, and allied health professionals—to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Clinical Excellence & Patient Care

• Oversee and participate in core nursing services such as phlebotomy, vital signs measurement, body composition analysis, and other diagnostic procedures offered in the clinic.
• Support or chaperone physicians and allied health professionals during procedures and consultations.
• Guide the development and implementation of personalised lifestyle intervention plans based on the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, ensuring continuity of care and effective patient follow-up.
• Maintain exceptional standards of patient experience with an emphasis on discretion, empathy, and seamless care delivery.

Governance, Compliance & Safety

• Ensure strict compliance with all MOH, SNB, and NEA regulations, including infection control, cold-chain management, and clinical documentation standards.
• Oversee proper handling, labeling, and logistics of biological specimens with partner laboratories, ensuring adherence to PDPA and Records Retention Guidelines.
• Lead clinical audits, incident reporting, and quality assurance activities; assist in MOH licensing and renewal cycles.

Operational & Strategic Contributions

• Monitor and manage clinical inventory, supplies, and consumables, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with the Head of Clinical Operations to identify process improvements, enhance workflow efficiency, and implement technology-driven health solutions.
• Contribute to strategic discussions on clinic service development, patient engagement, and health optimisation initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong interest in Lifestyle Medicine, preventive health and longevity preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered care.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
