**Job Opening: Service Crew for Italian Restaurant**

**Position:** Service Crew

**Location:** Positano Risto

**Working Hours:** 48 working hours per week

**Work Days:** 5-day work week

Join our Italian restaurant and be part of a team that delivers exceptional dining experiences We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew members who are passionate about customer service and Italian cuisine.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining high service standards.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Process payments and manage billing accurately.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic understanding of Italian cuisine is a plus.
