Job Description

You will be part of the Group Tax team based in Singapore overseeing transfer pricing ("TP") matters.

  • Responsible for the Group's TP matters for the countries where the group operates in
  • Responsible for TP compliance work, monitoring TP reporting timelines and ensuring appropriate TP documentations are in place
  • Assist with any TP queries/audits by working closely with external service providers and local teams
  • Actively monitor, research and analyze any changes in TP rules and regulations in countries where the group operates in and assess impact from latest relevant regulatory / tax developments
  • Assist with the development of Group TP strategy and planning, work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on implementation
  • Work closely with finance teams to address any queries in relation to Group TP policies, related party transactions etc.
  • Responsible for the Group's Country-by-Country Report ("CbCR") filing and local notifications
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects related to TP
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related fields
  • CPA/CA or advanced taxation qualification preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in Big 4 Transfer Pricing department and/or MNC in house tax department handling Transfer Pricing or a combination
  • Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulation
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills
  • Passionate with new challenges and highly adaptable to dynamic working environment
  • Able to research and manage project independently
