Job Responsibilities
  • Support the BIM Coordinator and project team in the daily execution of Civil/Architectural BIM implementation tasks.
  • Develop accurate 3D Civil/Architectural models for drawing production, authority submissions, clash detection, and design presentations, in line with project specifications and BIM modelling standards.
  • Review and validate all Civil/Architectural models, drawings, and deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, company quality standards, and BIM guidelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Civil/Architectural BIM models throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Conduct clash detection and perform visual walkthroughs to identify and resolve coordination issues between Civil/Architectural works and other disciplines (structural, M&E, etc.).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on model updates, design revisions, and project coordination.
  • Prepare tender drawings in both 2D and 3D formats for Civil/Architectural works.
  • Work closely with the architectural and structural design teams to ensure that all drawings align with design intent and technical specifications.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in creating and managing Revit Architecture Families for building components.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring quality control and best practices in BIM deliverables.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in local Civil/Architectural BIM projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Building Design Suite, particularly Revit Architecture.
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Understanding of the Singapore BIM Guide.
  • Knowledge of the BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements, and guidelines in Singapore.
  • Completion of BCA Academy's BIM Modelling course (Architecture/Civil) or Autodesk certification is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Revit Architecture, including federated model creation, Workset management, and shared coordinates application.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about BIM innovation and eager to learn new Civil/Architectural BIM technologies.
