Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

· He/She ensures that the ship complies with the local and international laws, as well as the port state and flag state policies. The Ship Captain/Chief Mate oversees operations and maintenance of all on-board equipment including machinery, engines and safety equipment and monitors the daily progress of the vessel to complete the voyage in a most efficient manner.

Vessel would be tug boat and anchor boat.

Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)

· Maintenance of vessel in good working condition

· Able to work in shift

· Work in all parts of Singapore

· Have MPA manning license at least steersman

· Have at least 5 years of experience
