About Us
We're Singapore's first and wildest shooters bar — 130+ shots, zero dull nights, and a brand that lives to shake things up. At Chupitos, we don't play safe. We create, we experiment, and we bring the buzz — whether that's through boundary-pushing campaigns, themed nights that get everyone talking, or content that makes waves online.
Now, we're looking for a Marketing Executive to help drive our next chapter of bold, loud, and unforgettable experiences.
What You'll Do
Campaigns & Strategy
- Dream up and deliver marketing ideas that make an impact — creative, daring, and results-driven.
- Align strategies with management while keeping space for your own creative flair.
Social Media & Digital
- Take full ownership of our socials: content calendars, posting, and community engagement.
- Keep us trending by creating engaging campaigns and storytelling that matches our high-energy vibe.
Working with Agencies
- Partner with agencies on SEO, SEM, paid ads, branding, and bigger integrated campaigns.
- Ensure we're not just present but visible everywhere that matters.
Events & Activations
- Plan and run head-turning events, seasonal promos, and brand collabs that pack the house.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table that keep people coming back for more.
Influencer & Media Relations
- Build strong ties with tastemakers, press, and creators who amplify our voice.
- Secure features, shoutouts, and coverage that gets Chupitos on everyone's radar.
Website & Content
- Keep our site up-to-date, sharp, and engaging — from copy to visuals to UX.
- Manage content that tells our story and excites customers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing performance, engagement, and ROI.
- Turn data into insights to fine-tune what's working (and scrap what's not).
Creative & Assets
- Oversee design and production of all marketing materials — menus, posters, POS collaterals.
- Manage photoshoots and video content that capture the party spirit.
Brand & PR
- Keep our brand identity loud and consistent across every channel.
- Draft press releases and represent Chupitos in public-facing moments.
Partnerships & Loyalty
- Seek out brand collabs, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with our bold DNA.
- Develop loyalty programs and fun engagement ideas that turn first-timers into regulars.
What We're After
- 1–2 years of marketing experience in lifestyle-driven industries (nightlife, F&B, events, entertainment preferred).
- Diploma in Marketing, Comms, or related discipline.
- Confident communicator with strong multitasking skills.
- Solid digital know-how (socials, ads, tools, analytics).
- Creative eye for design and copy — trend-aware and quick to adapt.
- Bold thinker, not afraid to pitch unconventional ideas.
- Independent worker who thrives in team-driven environments.
- Passionate about storytelling and building brands that stand out.
