Finance and Payroll Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing
• Handle and process volume rebate and commission
• Maintain & safekeep volume rebate, commission contracts and master file
• Update master file such as contractual party, product and different tier % rates
• Handle SAP accrual of volume rebate and commission
• Handle drop shipment orders
• Carry out month-end closing activities
• Assist in budget preparation
• Handle government surveys
• Other Finance duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in finance or relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in payroll functions
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
