What You'll Do

You'll be involved from start to finish—from pitching concepts and storyboarding, to shooting and editing final cuts. You'll play a key role in shaping how our ideas come to life on screen.

Projects that you'll work on:

Video Editing

Craft distinctive, punchy edits that reflect your style—but flexible enough to match the client's vibe. Social-first formats, talking heads, montage reels, motion-led explainers—we do them all.

Videography

Hold the camera, frame the shot, and make it cinematic. You'll be trusted to run the show—from lighting setups to B-roll angles.

Concept & Storyboarding

Got a boring brief? Flip it into something smart, funny, or heartwarming. You'll be expected to pitch ideas and map them out into easy-to-understand storyboards.

You Should Have:

· A strong portfolio that showcases editing flair and stylistic range

· Hands-on experience with filming (framing, lighting, sound, the works)

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (and After Effects if you're an animation buff)

· A creative brain that can connect dots and sell a story

· Ability to work independently and confidently with teammates and clients

· Comfort in both fast-paced shoots and longer-form edits

· Bonus points if you can do 2D animation, know your way around colour grading or audio mixing, can direct talent and crew on-set.

· Brownie points if you're a dog/cat lover
