As a Head of Health Screening, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of health screening professionals and administrative staff.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage business resources, including manpower allocation and logistics, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee, implement, and continuously improve health screening programs, introducing new services based on market needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitiveness of screening services.
  • Review and update screening protocols, procedures, and policies in line with national health guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain accuracy, reliability, and service excellence.
  • Supervise the collection, analysis, and reporting of health screening data.
  • Prepare management reports highlighting trends, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply data analytics to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and patient engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, government agencies, and healthcare providers.
  • Advocate preventive health measures and promote screening services to external partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated inquiries or concerns regarding health screening programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's in any discipline.
  • Possess 8 years of experience in healthcare sector.
