What the role is

Join our People & Culture team as a Recruitment Support (6-month Temp)
Gain valuable exposure to recruitment while helping us attract and engage the right talent for Enterprise Singapore. In this role, you'll work closely with our HR Business Partners to review applications, support job postings, and contribute ideas to make our hiring processes better.
This role gives you the chance to learn the ropes of recruitment and grow your skills in a real-world setting.

What you will be working on


• Support HR Business Partners with end-to-end recruitment activities, including reviewing and shortlisting applications on and LinkedIn

• Draft, update, and manage job postings (create, refresh, or close as needed)

• Liaise with candidates on queries and follow-ups to ensure a smooth recruitment experience

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on recruitment requirements and progress updates

• Contribute ideas to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience

• Proactive, curious, and improvement-minded, takes initiative to make things better

• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Good communication skills to liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Interest in HR and recruitment, with eagerness to learn and contribute
