The pay range listed above reflects the FULL pay range for this position. Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. The position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek.

About The Position
The Court Operations Lead provides direction to Clerk of the Superior Court (COSC) staff and assists supervisors and management with the completion of administrative duties, training, and research. This position will also provide the public, legal community, Courts, County, and other governmental agencies access to the judicial system and related public records to allow them to pursue legal processes and/or obtain and maintain legal and financial records and information.

We Require
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of experience performing clerical functions such as document docketing, filings, and transmissions, reviewing and interpreting court orders, and preparing and/or evaluating statistical reports

Job Contributions
- Perform quality assurance inventory audits to ensure the highest quality standards and maintain statistical data for status reports, review and interpret court orders and initiate action, update the inventory of sensitive items, ensure compliance with judicial orders
- Prepare and deliver training to staff members or other members of the Clerk of the Superior Court
- Conduct research to determine the eligibility of materials for release and disposal, perform complex research and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, and provide customer service telephonically, in person, and by email
- Identify and notify appropriate parties and agencies of pending appeals, prepare and transmit the record on appeal
- Ensure all documents are filed expediently and accurately and docketed in accordance with established procedures. Monitor systems to ensure there are no technical issues with document transmissions. Reports issues to and work with IT to resolve concerns
- Prepare statistical team reports, which include assisting staff with goal setting for Clerk of Court standards
- Manage internal team in-boxes containing questions and requests from the File Counter team for documents processing and corrections
- Complete daily deposits and cash drawer counts and has a familiarity with minimum accounting standards (MAS). * Dependent on division assignment

- Ability to travel to and from job-related locations during a scheduled workday, subject to
- Ability to lift boxes or other items up to 20 pounds and carry, push or pull from one courthouse to another
