Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a Field Application Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Understanding product specifications, features, and applications.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
  • Offer solutions and recommendations based on the company's products or services.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues or challenges faced by customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to find solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Overseas travelling may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min ITE in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field
  • Experience as an Application Engineer/Field Engineer/Test Engineer in Semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge in Autocad drawing, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and great communication skills
  • Good and positive working behaviour
  • Comfortable in working in production environment
