Role Overview

This internship is tailored for recent graduates who want real exposure to the inner workings of a fintech company operating in the digital wealth and investment space. You'll get a front-row seat to how we scale, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Arki Management Associate, based on your performance.

What You'll Do – Operations Team

As a Graduate Intern (Operations), you'll gain hands-on experience across daily ops, strategic initiatives, and back-office workflows. You'll work side-by-side with the leadership and core team to understand what it takes to run and scale a fintech platform.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting user onboarding, KYC, and account operations
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and internal reporting
  • Helping to streamline day-to-day operational workflows
  • Supporting the trade lifecycle end to end including trade processing, corporate actions handling, cash management, trade settlements to trade reconciliations
  • Perform and understand fund accounting and valuations
  • Work closely with investment team to create scalable low risk operational workflows
  • Coordinating with tech/product teams to perform system testing and solve user pain points through workflow enhancements
  • Taking ownership of special ops projects that improve efficiency
  • Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

About You

You're a recent graduate who's curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how fintech operates at scale.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Process-oriented, analytical, numerical and able to work independently
  • Self-starter mindset with a desire to grow and take initiative
  • Bonus: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and automation tools such as VBA and Power Automate
