  • Department / Location: Retirement Withdrawals Dept (RWD) – Novena Square Office
  • Salary: $2580/month
  • Contract Duration: 3 months (starting Sep 2025)

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on actions or update information.
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
