The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: East West
  • Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for Security SOC Manager to join the Team A great opportunity to work with the company who value growth opportunities, trainings and diversity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the SOC team with training and guidance
  • Define and implement Azure security strategies aligned with best practices
  • Oversee threat detection, incident response, and security analytics
  • Ensure security operations and regulatory compliance in Azure
  • Work with DevOps and IT to integrate security and improve cloud posture.

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in incident response, vulnerability management, and GRC (governance, risk, compliance).
  • Hands-on with AppSec, OWASP, penetration testing, SIEM, IAM/PAM/MFA, and vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tenable, Nessus).
  • At least one recognized certification such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC/CISA, or CEH; additional security certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in SOC leadership, threat detection, protection, incident response, and remediation.
  • Knowledge of Azure Security services and experience in cloud and on-prem security operations.
  • Familiar with frameworks (CIS, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
