About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to support our research studies and clinical projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with investigators and research teams across multiple sites, contributing to meaningful healthcare studies that drive real-world impact.

Work Arrangement:

  • Contract Duration: 12 Jan 2026 – 31 Mar 2027
  • Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (Mon–Thu), 8:30am – 5:30pm (Fri)
  • Work Location: Rotational across 3 sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support investigators and research teams in the execution of study-related activities.
  • Obtain informed consent from participants in line with study protocols.
  • Manage randomisation procedures as outlined in study guidelines.
  • Assist participants in completing study questionnaires at designated time points.
  • Coordinate and remind participants of follow-up visits and study milestones.
  • Maintain accurate study documentation, including protocols, consent forms, participant records, and quality logs.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Degree or background in Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in research coordination or assistance preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple timelines effectively.
  • A proactive team player with a passion for supporting clinical and research excellence.
