As a Manager - IT Infrastructure & Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop and implement strategies for IT infrastructure aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

  • Conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of systems for current and future needs.

  • Plan and execute hardware and software upgrades for operational efficiency and technological relevance.

  • Oversee maintenance and administration of IT & OT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, databases, and cloud systems.

  • Ensure regular data backups, system updates, and patch management.

  • Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive maintenance.

  • Provide end-user support for desktop and notebook systems.

  • Lead operational support for both on-premises and cloud-based servers and network equipment.

  • Implement robust IT security controls to defend against cyber threats.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC

  • Conduct IT risk assessments and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), and Cyber Security Incident Response strategies.

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts for IT services and equipment.

  • Plan and control the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, secure, and reliable network systems.

  • Ensure minimal downtime and high availability of critical network infrastructure and services.

  • Administer cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and virtualized environments.

  • Manage data centers and server rooms with a focus on operational continuity and efficiency.

  • Oversee integration and hybrid management of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Keep asset inventories updated, including network equipment, servers, and workstations.

  • Deliver regular reports to senior management on system performance, incidents, compliance, and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant discipline.
