Your keys to success

You'll thrive in this role if you combine structured thinking with strong collaboration skills. You'll bring:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience in business analysis or systems requirement gathering.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Background in payments, financial, or smart card systems is a plus.
  • Clear, confident communication and a knack for connecting technical and business teams.
