Key Account Sales Representative (FMCG)

Work Place : Ang Mo Kio Techplace II (from November 2025)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to generate sales
  • Manage and grow key modern trade accounts (Supermarket/retail or convenience store, etc)
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers and retail partners
  • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Fast response to market needs by monitoring and track competitors' activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback
  • Participate in promotional activities and involve in marketing events
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in key outlets
  • Work closely with internal operations/ logistic teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Provide weekly & monthly sales reports to management
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and product developments

Who We're Looking For:

· Min 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in FMCG line

· Well-presented, professional, and business savvy.

· Good communication skills

· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Detail-oriented, "Hunter" mindset and result-driven

· Self-motivated, proactive with initiative

· Immediate availability or short notice preferred
