About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our talented team at AJ+J ARCHITECTURE PTE LTD. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and architectural vision of our prestigious projects, leveraging your exceptional technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets, and timelines

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions

  • Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant

  • Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture

  • Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitch presentations

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent

  • Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, preferably in a senior or lead role

  • Strong understanding of design principles, building regulations, and construction practices

  • Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling, and other industry-standard design tools

  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative designs

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
