FP&A Analyst

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for the preparation for management reports, forecasts and budgets for Asia.

Perform analysis on monthly financials and drive projects to achieve costs savings, efficiency, and productivity in Asia.

JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):

Primary

1. Prepare monthly management reports to management and heads of departments.
2. Perform variance analysis of business results for the region.
3. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and ad-hoc financial forecasts.
4. Analyses operating expenses and drive cost savings initiatives.
5. Drive development of new reports to provide insights to the management on the performance of the various business units.
6. Support the preparation of presentations and documents to both management and external agencies.

Secondary

1. Collaborate with GL accounting team in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and any accounting related matters.
2. Work closely with the Accounting and Payables teams to support process automation and drive productivity improvements.
3. Any ad-hoc matters/projects requested by the management or corporate office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum requirement: University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or relevant discipline.

EXPERIENCES

• At least three (3) years relevant experience with a multinational company.

COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Attitudes)

• Superior analytical skills with knowledge in accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel and Financial Modelling skills
• Experience with ERP Systems (e.g., ORACLE, SAP) and Power BI.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to produce accurate work of value and committed to maintaining standards.
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities/acquire new skills and improve on old ones.
