Position: Teacher's Assistant

Location: Central of Singapore

Salary: $2580 to $2800

As an Teacher's Assistant, you will provide reliable assistance in procurement, vendor coordination, documentation and Provide administrative support to school.

Job Description:

·      Record and manage daily accounting transactions with accurate data entry.

·      Help with distributing and collecting documents, and preparing teaching and learning materials.

·      Assist teachers in preparing and maintaining materials, equipment, and resources for lessons, experiments, and activities in the special rooms, or other learning areas.

·      Assist in maintaining and updating data, stock records, surveys, and similar documents.

·      Support school events such as oral examinations, P1 registration, P1 orientation, prize presentations, sports day, and other activities.

·      Help maintain and update school bulletin boards, and assist with decorating school premises for events and festive occasions.

·      Provide administrative support as assigned by the school.

·      Carry out any other duties assigned to support school operations.

Job Requirements:

·      Minimum 'O' Level Certificate with good pass in English.

·      Good communication skills and positive work attitude;

·      ⁠Minimum more than 1 years of relevant work experience in frontline customer service, general administration, preferably in a school setting.

·      Be conversant in English and a second language, preferably Mandarin, Malay or Tamil.

·      Possesses basic IT skills e.g. MS Office

·       Good organisation, communication and inter-personal skills.

·      Ability to multitask with good time management and good team player with a high level of initiative.

·      Singaporean Only
