Job Overview

We are seeking a TikTok Live Host to sell 916/999 gold jewellery to our Indonesian and Filipino customer base. The role requires someone who is confident, lively, and sales-driven, with the ability to connect and build trust with online audiences in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging TikTok Live sessions to showcase and sell gold jewellery products.
• Present jewellery pieces clearly by highlighting their design, quality, weight, and authenticity.
• Interact actively with viewers: answer questions, handle objections, and build excitement to encourage purchases.
• Follow up with customers to ensure smooth order processing and excellent after-sales service.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan live stream content, promotions, and campaigns.
• Provide feedback on audience trends and customer preferences to improve sales strategies.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Confident, charismatic, and comfortable speaking on TikTok Live.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog will be an advantage for engaging with our Indonesian and Filipino customer base.
• Sales-driven with proven ability to influence buying decisions online.
• Experience in TikTok hosting, livestream selling, or online retail preferred.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery, fashion, or luxury products (training provided).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak online shopping hours when required.
