About the Role
One of Singapore's most renowned martini bars is looking for an experienced Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service.
- Present and close checks accurately.
- Maintain accurate cash float and till operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization standards for equipment, workstation, and bar area.
- Manage daily bar inventory, supplies, and display.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment.
- Good knowledge of cocktails and liquor, beer, wine (LBW).
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high service standards.
Location: Near City Hall / Esplanade
Working Hour, 5 days, Afternoon shift from 3pm onward
Salary up to $3500 + Monthly Incentive
