Call Centre Support Officer x 3

2 year contract, convertible to perm

Location: Central

Required to work shift hours (7am to 3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am), 6 days work week (Mondays to Sundays)

Entitled to Base Salary Shift Allowance Fixed Bonus Performance Bonus

About the Job & Requirements:

  • To receive and make inbound & outbound calls from/ to customers & submit request(s) via internal system.
  • To assign client jobs out and monitor status.
  • Liaise with contractor when there is a need to utilize their services.
  • Handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attend to customers' complaints and escalate complaints to supervisor, if necessary.
  • To undertake adhoc tasks as and when assigned.
  • Possess good communication skills, a service oriented team player
  • Keen and available to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
