JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Oversees the execution of sub-contractor agreements and ensures adherence to the project timeline, quality standards, and budget
  • Monitors sub-contractor performance, including progress reports, quality of work, and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Implements effective cost control measures, identifies and manages any contract variations or claims
  • Maintains strong communication channels with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Manages risk, ensures compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Reports to Project service manager on day-to-day operational works
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing sub-contractors in large-scale construction, engineering, or EPC projects. Similar experiences can be considered
  • Proven track record in managing sub-contracts for projects, vendor, suppliers
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and quality project delivery

Working Hours: 

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
