About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic Project Manager to lead our IoT and AI digital transformation initiatives focused on real estate operations and maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate or facility management sector, combined with the ability to effectively market and promote our innovative solutions to property owners, property managers, and REITs in Singapore.

You will play a key role in driving project implementation, engaging customers, and demonstrating the value of our technology platform while managing end-to-end project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans for the implementation of IoT and AI solutions in real estate operations.
  • Promote and sell the digital transformation platform, clearly articulating features, functionalities, and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical walkthroughs for customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that address their operational challenges.
  • Oversee implementation and deployment activities to ensure smooth integration and customer success.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance product offerings and respond to customer feedback.
  • Monitor project milestones, manage project schedules, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven project management experience, ideally within real estate, facilities management, or technology industries.
  • Knowledge of IoT and AI technologies and their applications in building operations.
  • Strong sales and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose and implement effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling a wide range of responsibilities in early-stage projects.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge or experience in real estate or facilities management.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment installation is an advantage.
  • Independent, resourceful, and equipped with strong communication skills.
