Your role
  • assist lead portfolio managers in the daily management of Asian fixed income portfolios with a high yield focus, and related research activities, in order to reflect the investment strategy for our active funds and client mandates
  • identify and assess new investment opportunities using top down market analysis
  • implement and manage investment strategies, derivative overlay and portfolio cash-flows and monitor their performance and risks
  • compile research and report analytical findings for new product development
  • coordinate the local and global asset allocation and currency activities with internal teams
  • support the improvement of our processes and proprietary portfolio management systems

Your teamYour expertise
  • ideally around 10 years' relevant experience in portfolio management or a related credit research role, especially on Asian high yield
  • bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent, with a focus on finance or economics and ideally CFA certified or studying toward this
  • previous exposure to the Asian fixed income market
  • solution-oriented thinker with strong skills of communication and collaboration
  • organized and focused, with the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • proficient computer skills, including MS Office and [VBA/ Bloomberg]
  • fluent in English and Chinese is a ideal to support local client base
