Responsibilities

1.Project Co-ordination:

  • Assist in IT projects co-ordination and support in ensuring project progress within timeline. Usage of tools to keep track of project deliverables and monitoring. Provide periodic/regular and accurate updates and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholder

2.System Administration:

  • Assist in the administration of on-premise servers and cloud systems, including installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and software applications.

3.Network Management:

  • Support the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

4.Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor system performance and network traffic, generating reports and alerts for any anomalies or issues that may arise.

5.Security Compliance:

  • Perform necessary security updates to infrastructure and equipments. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

6.General System Support:

  • Provide ad-hoc support to the IS Team and end-users, system administration, project setup and other general tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

  • 3+ years of experience in managing network and servers infrastructure

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with system applications and IT platforms

  • Understanding of network connectivity, remote access, and server administration

  • Ability to manage concurrent tasks, work independently and make logical decisions.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Passionate on adoption of new technologies to drive improvement and change

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Powerapps and Powershell scripting will be an advantage

  • Experience with legal technology platforms is a plus
