This position offers an opportunity to work with one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry, focusing on innovation, growth, and leadership.

Job Duties
  1. Under general supervision, applies functional specifications and uses engineering tools to design hardware for product changes and new development.
  2. Processes data, writes engineering reports, and conducts diagnosis of routine hardware malfunctions.
  3. Contributes to reliability analysis such as risk assessments and Failure Mode Effects Analysis by compiling and examining data.
  4. Identifies testing requirements at a system level, emphasizing compliance with test standards and Halliburton's HSE procedures.
  5. Contributes to Halliburton's Intellectual Property portfolio by preparing Invention Disclosures and recognizing ideas with IP potential.
  6. Coordinates with project leads to produce project deliverables by assessing input requirements and applying functional specifications.
  7. Develops relationships through excellent communication skills and acts as a key resource for innovative solutions.
  8. May participate in professional societies in the area of specialization.
Requirements
  1. Completion of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline; master's degree preferred.
  2. Two years of related experience required (may be waived with a master's degree).
