The venue features a stunningly designed bar, breathtaking panoramic 360-degree views overlooking the cityscape and sea views. including Samba Room - High Energy Lounge.

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness are maintained within the facility and keeping areas tidy and safe to create a pleasant environment for members and visitors.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Maintains the cleanliness of the lounge, restaurant and common areas.
  • Sweep, dust vacuums, and mops all areas of Sushisamba.
  • Clean all toilets and tissue, hand towels and soap.
  • Weekly to descale sink taps/plugs, clean tiling as required.
  • Operate mechanized cleaning equipment.
  • Responsible for maintaining a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all bathrooms and areas of the workout floor.
  • Empties trash and garbage containers. Maintains all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
  • Monitor and report necessary repairs, replacements, maintenance issues, and safety hazards.
  • Work with minimum disturbance to building users, placing safety notices or informing people if likely to be any danger (wet floors, trailing cables, hazardous cleaning materials, etc.).
  • Work as a member of the team and provide support as required to colleagues; participate in team meetings and training provided; wear uniform/protective clothing and staff badge as supplied.
  • Be aware of confidentiality issues and not get into situations where you may receive information which cannot be passed on.
  • Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Communication & Working Relationships

  • Connects and build relationships with customers and anticipate their needs.
  • Works closely with colleagues to guarantee effective communication of customer flow and bookings.
  • Coordinates with different departments to guarantee effective communication and to ensure information transmission at all times.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar position in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
  • Must speak English.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Positive and high energy level.
  • Highly cooperative team spirit.
  • Ability to work in a high stress, faced-paced environment.

Physical Requirements of the job

The job of Housekeeping Attendant may require to work on shifts, Saturdays and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2, $2,500.00 per month
