• Project Title: Process Quality and Productivity Enhancement
• Project Description: Join Micron's cutting-edge manufacturing operations as an intern and engage in projects that is central to Micron's industrial performance, providing you with valuable exposure to industrial use cases. This internship offers hands-on experience in applying AI and data analytics and collaborating with experienced engineers to contribute to real-world solutions. Your project will focus on developing tools that enhance productivity and enable error-proofing, driving continual improvements in efficiency and quality. The solutions you build will help streamline processes and elevate overall operational performance.
• Project Scope:
• Develop AI-powered productivity tools using Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Apply various data analytics techniques to enable error-proofing and optimize operational activities.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities in core quality programs.
• Deliverable:
• Smart Process Integration : Design and implement solutions to streamline data handling, processing and analysis using AI-driven logic.
• Data Visualization and Insights: Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and uncover trends in manufacturing data, driving data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
• Digital Workflow Optimization: Streamline repetitive tasks and decision points using intelligent logic and low-code tools.
• Skillset Required:
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data analytics
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate will be advantageous
• Course of interests: Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Statistics, and Mathematics.
• Duration Period: min 6 months (Sept 2025 to Mar 2026)
