IT Executive – Join Our Dynamic Team

Are you passionate about IT and love solving technical challenges? BDE Technology is seeking an IT Executive to provide hands-on support for our security surveillance systems, including CCTV, Biometric, and Card Access Readers. Join our team and make a real impact with your skills

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or onsite for security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues promptly.
• Maintain strong product and application knowledge to deliver effective client solutions.
• Conduct in-house product testing and perform quality checks.
• Provide software training to clients after installation.
• Ensure smooth project presentation and handover.
• Identify, recommend, and procure products to improve efficiency.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of IT/network experience; knowledge in CCTV or Biometric Access Systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Familiarity with leading security and networking brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link, ZKTeco, and similar systems used in CCTV and access control.
• Strong understanding of networking, IP configurations, and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
