Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.?About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Loan Product Management team within the Regional Mid Cap & SME Product and Propositions team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing/ developing product, process enhancements, and governance activities, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment. This role requires a strong background in loan products, with preferred experience in relationship management, and the ability to collaborate across various functions to drive key initiatives.Key Responsibilities* Lead the management and strategic development of loan products and related activities.* Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.* Oversee compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements.* Collaborate with stakeholders to support product innovation and business growth.* Manage governance, reporting, and contractual relationships.Requirements* At least 10 years of relevant experience in loan or credit products, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.* Bachelor?s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.* Previous experience in Relationship Management (RM) within IBG is preferred.* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.* Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive product initiatives across cross-functional teams.* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
