Summary:

  • Salary range: $6200-$6800
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm

  • Location: Changi Business Park Vista

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's entire network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
  • Ensure network security through effective policy enforcement, access control, firewall management, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, performance optimization, and capacity scaling to support business growth.
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance checks related to network operations and cybersecurity standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, and provide high-level support for critical incidents and escalations.
  • Support IT operations, including end-user desktop support, connectivity issues, and on-site troubleshooting for retail locations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage external vendors to align network services with business objectives and ensure service reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, SD-WAN) and network security (firewall policies, threat detection, compliance).
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, CISSP, or equivalent, along with hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar enterprise solutions.
