Responsibilities:
- Attend product and application training at the company's regional head office in Singapore (approximately 3 to 6 months). Training is fully paid.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and applications through classes, seminars, and on-the-job training.
- Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications using the company's products across a variety of industries, by selecting and promoting the appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to corporate expectations and addressing diverse customer challenges.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and requests.
- Consistently and effectively secure new customers.
- Travel to customer locations three days per week to successfully sell products and services into a broad range of manufacturing and related industries.
- Coordinate account strategies and contribute to the territory's overall strategic plan.
- Implement new product launch strategies successfully.
- Deliver measurable growth in market share within the assigned sales territory.
- Organize and coordinate off-site seminars and trade shows as required.
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Understand and adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree in Business or Engineering-related disciplines.
- Interest and aptitude for mastering highly technical products.
- Strong interest in working within manufacturing and industrial environments.
- Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to actively listen and respond proactively to customer inquiries and requests.
- Goal-oriented and highly driven, with a strong desire to make a measurable impact on the company's success.
- Eagerness to continuously improve through intensive training, mentorship, engaged management, and a structured, process-driven sales approach.
- Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures, including professional dress code, punctuality, attendance, and adherence to sales protocols.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including potential overnight travel.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
