Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence of investment products and manage the Approved Product List for clients regulated by MAS
  • Perform fund comparisons to recommend funds for High Conviction Lists
  • Manage in-house Model Portfolios aligned with client investment objectives
  • Adjust fund allocations based on market outlook to optimize returns and manage risks
  • Conduct presentations, training, and educational programs for Advisors to promote investment AUA business
  • Support Propel's client acquisition team to meet revenue targets through investment support services
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks/projects promptly with enthusiasm and dedication
Experience
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Relevant experience in investments, preferably with a bank or financial advisory firm in sales advisory or research roles
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, with good understanding of economics and research materials
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Education
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, or related field
  • CMFAS, CFA, CFP certifications are advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years in the investment or finance industry
