Key Responsibilities:

  1. Beauty Treatments & Services

  2. Perform facial treatments, basic skincare services, and other beauty-related procedures according to company standards.

  3. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  4. Advise clients on appropriate treatments based on their skin condition and needs.

  5. Sales & Product Consultation

  6. Actively promote and upsell beauty products, treatment packages, and membership programs.

  7. Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and aftercare to encourage repeat purchases.
  8. Achieve individual and store sales targets.

  9. Customer Service Excellence

  10. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits.

  11. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  12. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment in the store or salon.

  13. Operational & Administrative Duties

  14. Assist with appointment scheduling, client records, and payment transactions.

  15. Participate in regular training to stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
  16. Support overall store operations when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a beautician, beauty therapist, or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of skincare treatments and beauty products.
  • Strong sales and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant beauty certification or diploma.
  • Experience in both treatment services and retail sales.
