SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities
Dishwashing Duties:
- Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware, ensuring they are clean and sanitized.
- Stack and store clean dishes properly in designated areas.
Cleaning Duties:
- Sweeping, mopping, and dusting floors, emptying trash, and maintaining the cleanliness of the entire kitchen and dining area. Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, counters, tables, and equipment regularly.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, such as pots, pans, and food preparation surfaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning and/or dishwashing preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Other Details:
- 6 days per week
