Job Description:

  • Direct the planning, scheduling, and implementation of projects related to semiconductor facilities and piping installations.
  • Create detailed project strategies that cover objectives, financial plans, deadlines, and resource distribution.
  • Track project advancement, spot any risks, and apply remedies to ensure initiatives stay aligned with goals.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge in semiconductor facility building and piping infrastructure to guarantee compliance with sector norms and legal requirements.
  • Work alongside engineering groups to evaluate and endorse design details, confirming alignment with customer needs and safety protocols.
  • Supervise fieldwork operations, prioritizing safety, excellence, and conformity to established project outlines.
  • Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to uphold timelines and financial limits.
  • Establish quality assurance protocols to confirm that all outputs satisfy or surpass client standards.
  • Perform reviews and assessments to confirm adherence to project criteria and professional benchmarks.
  • Promote clear interaction between all involved parties, such as customers, designers, technical experts, and building teams.
  • Deliver consistent progress summaries and documentation to leadership and customers.
  • Handle project finances, monitor spending, and pinpoint ways to reduce costs.
  • Support the development of expense projections and bids for upcoming initiatives.
  • Plus additional miscellaneous tasks as required.
