The Clinical Research Coordinator will be engaged in planning, organizing and coordinating workflow of clinical trials.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the investigators to recruit, screen and follow-up participants of the study, in strict adherence to the study protocol, Singapore Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements.
  • Handle entry and validation of study data, extraction of relevant information from medical records, reporting of adverse events, maintenance of investigators files and other essential documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduling and conduct of clinic visits/tests for study participants, as well as related finances and logistics.
  • Perform study procedures and sample collections on study participants during clinic/ward visits.
  • Administer questionnaires and phone interviews on study participants, explain and review study diaries completed by study participants.
  • Support in other functions such as general administration or coordination as required by the trials.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing/ Life Science or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience.
  • Prior clinical research experience will be advantageous.
  • Effectively bilingual.
  • Enjoy interaction with people, including infants.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivator, proactive, meticulous and possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Microsoft office skills.
