**SENIOR WSH OFFICER
As Senior WSH Officer do you like to act as a key player on major projects, and actually make a difference?

Our client is one of the leading Building contractors in Singapore. They have a number of current large projects in place for some of Singapore's most prestigious upcoming projects.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Main Accountabilities
- Execute the responsibilities of a WSH Officer as required in the Workplace Safety and Health Regulations and regulations and Code of Practices
- Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to manage risks and reduce accidents
- Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
- Maintain the safety of the environmental working conditions
- Provide full Health and Safety support from planning, implementation to completion
- Investigate accidents, and conduct safety inspections
- Maintain safety controls and process within the company's policies and in accordance to ISO14001, Bizsafe, OHSMS18001 and other local statutory requirements.
- Establish a good rapport with the client, sub-contractors and government authorities.
- Follow and keep the requirements of the law and be aware of any updates in facilitating ongoing improvement, efficiently share and publish pertinent information. Conduct daily meetings and trainings for different departments
**SALARY/BENEFITS**:
- Competitive Basic Salary
- Overtime per hour will be paid beyond 5 days' work week (for Weekends/PH only)
- Placement: Permanent
- Work location: HQ located in the East, Changi Business Park. However the working location may not be fixed to 1 location; E.g. required to run several project sites.

**PRE-REQUISITES**:
- **Minimum **Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field
- Registered WSH Officer/Safety Officer with MOM for minimum of 10 years
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in WSH for building/construction industry
- **Knowledgeable in Safety legislation and regulations (ISO14001, BizSafe, etc)**:
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Excellent attitude and commitment
- Able to start work immediately.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills Able to work independently with positive attitude.
