Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out civil / structural design (knowledge in steel structure preferred)
  • Prepare calculations / plans for submission to Main Contractor.
  • Prepare shop drawings.
  • Manage projects' design
  • Liaising with internal stakeholder on work procedure and design implications.
  • Attend Projects & Consultants Meetings
  • Providing technical advice
  • Liaising with relevant professional staff such as Main Contractor's ERSS QP/ AC

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Register Structural Steel Engineer (StEr) (Preferred)
  • Familiar with Eurocode (Preferred)
  • Background in construction design (Preferred)
  • Familiar with Steel Structure design
  • Familiar with Euro Code
  • Familiar with Engineering Software
  • Familiar with Autocad
  • IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Good command of written and spoken English
