Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Chinese language lessons based on the centre's primary curriculum.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities to meet students' learning needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and academic reports.
- Support students in developing reading, writing, and conversational skills in Chinese.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for students.
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student development and address any concerns.
- Work closely with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching practices and curriculum design.
- Participate in centre events, workshops, and enrichment activities.
- Carry out additional teaching or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder in Chinese Language, Education or a related discipline.
- Competent with MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
