Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of accounts for month-end, Quarter-end and year-end closing independently.
- Handle inter-company transactions for fund transfer, IC loan and payment.
- Prepare GL accounts analysis and IC reconciliation.
- Liaise external/internal auditor.
- Assist in day-to-day treasury functions.
- Check, review and recording employee's claim.
- Assist in overseeing financial operations and working closely with internal and external parties.
- Participate annual budget.
- Responsible for all tax and other statutory returns.
- Perform ad-hoc duties or project support as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder or above in Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Membership of Singapore CPA or equivalent is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting / auditing preferably with CPA firms
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for business level as required to deal with Chinese speaker counterpart.
- Must be proactive, flexible, and independent in delivering results and driving changes.
- Must be detail-minded with stable and responsible personalities.
