As a Maintenance Service Technician, you'll be part of a high-performing team ensuring the reliability of airport baggage handling systems. If you're passionate about solving problems, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow in a future-ready industry, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including baggage handling systems and passenger boarding bridges.
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer manuals.
- Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out corrective actions promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols strictly, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Support the team in delivering high system uptime and operational efficiency.
- Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Full-time position under a 24/7 operation.
- Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
- Overtime, weekend, and public holiday availability required.
