Job Responsibilities:

Drafter

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and 2D drawings in compliance with Singapore's regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients to integrate designs and resolve clashes across disciplines.
• Extract quantities and prepare documentation to support cost estimation, tender, and work-done claims.
• Manage materials submission, purchasing, and project administration tasks efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and provide BIM support or training to ensure accuracy and smooth project delivery.

Estimator

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for electrical and M&E projects.
• Handle tender submissions, including technical specifications and pricing schedules.
• Analyse material requirements and project profitability for bidding decisions.
• Maintain proper filing and records of project documents and drawings.
• Ensure all quotations and tender bids are completed accurately and on time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a nitec/ higher nitec/ diploma in any engineering field
• Entry Level is welcomed.
