Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Paya Lebar, Singapore. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, supporting account projects, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing reports to support decision-making. The role requires effective communication with clients and partners to deliver customized logistics solutions and exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management, strong interpersonal skills, and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in business development, sales strategies, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with negotiation and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
