Singapore FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Create Canvas and Model-Driven Apps based on business needs.
  • Develop business process automation with Power Automate (Flow) and integrate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party APIs.
  • Customize and extend Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service) and build scalable data models.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations based on data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead technical discussions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and provide ongoing support for deployed apps and flows.
  • Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and testers in agile project teams.
  • Document technical specifications, deployment processes, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with 5 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
    • Power Automate (Flow)
    • Dataverse / Common Data Service
    • Power BI (optional but preferred)
    • Azure Functions, Logic Apps (preferred)
    • SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Experience with:
    • JavaScript, Power Fx, C#, .NET, and REST APIs
    • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform
    • Git or Azure DevOps for version control
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-100, PL-600) are a plus.
